Supra is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated Internet and communications company. We have been connecting homes and businesses to the world since 2002.

We strive to be at the front of technology and making the latest and best available to our customers at an affordable price.

We're known for setting ourselves apart from other providers. In 2003 we were one of the few providers to offer unlimited Jetstart (ADSL Broadband). We continued providing this service until Jetstart was withdrawn in 2004 when no other providers still offered unlimited service.

In 2007 our helpdesk was expanded to provide 24/7 service to our customers. We were also one of the first providers to offer Naked DSL.

After consultation with our customers, in late 2008 we reduced our helpdesk hours to the most convenient times that customers called, which has increased the level of service that we provide to our customers.
